Every vial is inspected before shipping. To protect both parties, the item must be inspected immediately upon opening the package on the delivery date and checked in a completely dark environment. The delivery date and time shall be determined solely by the carrier's tracking information and delivery confirmation record. Any issue must be reported to us by email no later than the end of the day following delivery. Claims reported after this deadline will not be accepted.
